Current Work @ SickKids (PCIGITI)

Graduate research on a handheld flexible surgical device to improve accessibility, reduce system complexity, and enhance safety in pediatric procedures.

  • Translate clinical needs into engineering requirements; co design with surgeons and engineers.
  • Prioritize usability and sterilization compatibility within hospital workflows.
  • Plan verification/validation with risk driven design (DFMEA) and experimental testing.
